Staging a home for sale is one of the most important steps in the listing process. In addition to showcasing your home in the best possible light, it will also attract more potential buyers, raise the value of the home and result in a faster sale. Your home is the “product” being sold, and we are the team that is going to sell it for you!

When staging a home for sale, the Lillian Montalto Signature Properties International Team provides a multitude of professional services.

Here is what you can expect from us:

An Exclusive Staging Report

Upon hiring our team, you will receive a complimentary consultation with our professional staging expert, who will create an exclusive report for you that will include several low cost and high-end solutions. The report will depend on whether you need minimal staging or full staging services and will break down the details of each scenario so you understand the value of the service. Whether you need help organizing and cleaning or a full staging overhaul, our Team can help.

Resale Property Staging

If you are selling a resale property with our team, we will pay for your initial consultation with our stager. At this time, you will establish how your home should be staged and whether you want to use staged furniture or your own. If your home requires staged furniture, our stager will provide that on a monthly basis. Our team will coordinate the staging process to ensure your home is ready to be shown at it’s very best come time for the Open House.

New Construction Staging

Our Team works alongside well-known builders to ensure their homes are ready to impress prospective buyers. We have an in-house design department that will furnish and stage homes, determining everything from the cabinetry and countertops to paint colors, fixtures and lighting.
