Executive/Personal Assistant to Lillian Montalto. My prior employment background consisted of Payroll Management, Office Management, and Executive Assistant to several Senior Vice Presidents. Although I had no real estate experience upon hire by Lillian Montalto Signature Properties International, my current level of real estate knowledge with the buying and selling process, as well as, new construction development, is extensive. I not only work alongside the many builders of which Lillian is affiliated, but with my passion for interior design, I have had the opportunity to work with Lillian and her Design Division on several staging projects. My primary objective in my role is to ensure Lillian is always out “selling” and “listing” properties, increasing her visibility and clientele, while I maintain client relations, builder relations, and administrative responsibilities, which includes the following: paperwork processing, appointment setting, organization of speaking events or appearances, client relocations, travel and event planning.
