We just sold our house with Lillian Realty and were so surprised that it was sold that fast in this rough market. We listed the house with another company and luckily just for 3 month term. This company just put a sign on my yard and took pictures for brochure. That was all. After that, with some referral, we called Lillian to list our house. They came, talked, estimated the listing price and WOW!!! She sent in the troop to stage the house and had 2 Open-House weekends. Done and the selling price was better than expected. Sadly, it was lower than asking price but the 7-figure house in this market is hard to sell as we all know. I told my friends: If you have a house to sell: Call Lillian. I even came over to my neighbor who is listing her house with another company and told her my experience.
Lillian and her team were excellent. We ran into a few problems with the sale and I would have lost the house if it wasn't for Lillian's knowledge and responsiveness. A number of years ago, my wife and I had the great pleasure to work with Eric Frahlich from Lillian Montalto Signature Properties International when we purchased our home in North Andover. We found Eric and his team to be knowledgeable, professional, and very well organized. Eric's negotiation skills helped us to get the home we wanted in a market challenging for buyers, at a price below what we expected. Only recently did we realize the true value of working with Eric, when we uncovered a mold issue in the attic of our home. Fortunately, during the inspection and purchase process, the inspector identified a potential mold issue, and Eric worked with us to procure a letter of completion and 10 year warranty on the work from the sellers. We have since contacted the remediation company who has agreed to resolve the current mold issue at no cost to us, nearly ten years later, saving us several thousands of dollars. The bottom line is that we are still benefiting from Eric’s help all these years later. We would highly recommend Eric and his team to anyone contemplating the purchase or sale of real estate.
